At German Drishty, our goal is to deliver high-quality German language education. Because we offer immediate access to digital materials and live classes, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
 
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once you enroll, you gain full access to our online resources and course materials, which are deemed “consumed” at the time of purchase. Therefore, we cannot offer partial or full refunds.
 
3. Exceptional Situations
In the rare event that German Drishty must cancel a class (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), we will work with you to find a fair resolution. This may include rescheduling, offering future course credits, or other accommodations in line with Indian law.
 
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a course, please contact us at info@germandrishty.com. While we cannot provide refunds, we’re open to exploring reasonable alternatives, such as adjusting schedules or applying credits to another course.
